With strong business, process and technical skills, she has played a key role in company’s financial growth. With a spirit of a real team player, she possesses the highest level of competence in manufacturing field and has been recognized as an expert in the industry. Known for her strategic insight and entrepreneurial vision, she is working on building a strong R & D facility in the company and looking after R & D, manufacturing, IPR, administration & related activities of the company. Her smart insight of strategic marketing has resulted in revenue-enhancing market penetration and new product launch. She is equally adept at advising on key strategic decisions and ensuring company’s financial sustainability & value for money. She has successfully led the company through some of its most challenging times, and enabled it to emerge stronger each time.
